I booked a room in this hotel but unfortunately I made a mistake with the date. Many other hotels have had to cancel at the end of the day. I was always able to cancel for free. In this hotel, however, I was offered a more expensive room, an apartment. According to the manager, I got the presidential suite. The ceilings were badly painted and the tiles in the bathroom were crooked. There was a hair in the bidet. I was very unhappy with this room. I paid for part of it through booking and part of it in cash. I was only offered a refund for the cash part, not the whole part. I have never experienced anything like it.
Rezervoval som si izbu v tomto hoteli, ale bohužiaľ som urobil chybu s dátumom. Mnoho ďalších hotelov muselo na konci dňa zrušiť. Vždy som mohol zrušiť zadarmo. V tomto hoteli mi však ponúkli drahšiu izbu, apartmán. Podľa manažéra som dostal prezidentský apartmán. Stropy boli zle natreté a dlaždice v kúpeľni boli krivé. V bidete bol chlp. S touto miestnosťou som bol veľmi nespokojný. Časť som zaplatil rezerváciou a časť v hotovosti. Bola mi ponúknutá iba náhrada za peňažnú časť, nie za celú časť. Nikdy som nič také nezažil.

Everything is well and really we enjoy stay at the hotel only the thing that I wish to be improved is the car parking 60zl/day too much

Perfect breakfast, professional and nice staff. Great location. All in all just excellent. Although they need to work on better WiFi solution.
Perfektné raňajky, profesionálny a milý personál. Skvelá lokalita. Celkovo vzaté, jednoducho vynikajúce. Aj keď potrebujú pracovať na lepšom riešení WiFi.

Good Breakfast, Spa and Pool, Gym and Bowling.
Rooms are old fashioned and older but ok.
Restaurant on Top has great Food and perfect Mountain View.
We enjoyed our stay, Ac in the rooms would be nice, was very warm.
Dobré raňajky, kúpele a bazén, posilňovňa a bowling.
Izby sú staromódne a staršie, ale v poriadku.
Reštaurácia na vrchole ponúka skvelé jedlo a perfektný výhľad na hory.
Užili sme si náš pobyt, AC v izbách by bolo pekné, bolo veľmi teplo.

It's a good hotel but price is too high. The facilities (fitness, SPA, swimming pool, food) are good but rooms have no airco and bed is too small for 2 persons. Bath room no conditioner/ body wash in shower.
Je to dobrý hotel, ale cena je príliš vysoká. Vybavenie (fitnes, SPA, bazén, jedlo) je dobré, ale izby nemajú klimatizáciu a posteľ je príliš malá pre 2 osoby. Kúpeľňa bez kondicionéra/sprchového umývacieho prostriedku.

Amazing experience! Beautiful facility. Spa was top notch, too! Great location-easy walk to town and hiking.
Úžasný zážitok! Krásne zariadenie. Kúpele boli tiež špičkové! Skvelá poloha - ľahká prechádzka do mesta a pešia turistika.
