Prvá zásielka sa stratila (chyba kuriéra), ale náhradná bola odoslaná okamžite a dorazila včas. Nezabúdajme, že títo chlapci bičujú Amazon za cenu, čo nie je malý úspech.

Item definitely levels up the experience with quest 3. Magnetically attached battery is a very sleek idea that works well in practice. What is different than quest 2 elite strap I used before is how the battery is not detected as extra battery pack but rather an external source of power to charge quest 3 from. The fan is very subtle and initially I could not tell if it was on at all. However - During a longer session without the battery pack and then suddenly attaching it - you will feel a nice gentle breeze hitting your face which is a welcome feature your sweaty face will appreciate. Having a larger size head and loads of curly long hair I could still find the right fit by adjusting both the quest 3 on the bobo’s hinges and using the nob on the back of the strap bicycle helmet style. I can recommend it. I already ordered another battery to get vr fun for even longer.

Môžem odporučiť. Už som si objednal ďalšiu batériu, aby som mal vr zábavu ešte dlhšie.

I ordered the Bobovr S3 pro strap, B100 Battery and BD3 charger on 21 Aug 24. For approximately a week after continues chasing, the order remained unfilled. A few days later I was informed that the courier had made some error and the items were in transit, either to me or being returned to VortexVR. You will note other reviewers have had similar problems. I decided to cancel and asked for a full refund, which again after many reminders was only completed on 13 Sep 24. That is almost a month of waiting, just to get my money back - ridiculous. Say yourself the frustration and do not order form this site.

O niekoľko dní neskôr som bol informovaný, že kuriér urobil nejakú chybu a položky sú na preprave, buď ku mne, alebo sa vracajú do VortexVR. Všimnite si, že iní recenzenti mali podobné problémy. Rozhodol som sa zrušiť a požiadal som o vrátenie peňazí v plnej výške, čo bolo po mnohých pripomienkach dokončené až 13. septembra 24. To je takmer mesiac čakania, len aby som dostal svoje peniaze späť - smiešne. Povedzte si frustráciu a neobjednávajte si z tejto stránky.

The package was delivered to me in incredibly good condition.

They paid for the cheapest postage on my item which meant something worth £100 was just left outside my front door and not in a safe place or with a neighbour and then it went missing(probably stolen)and it has nearly been a month since this happened and their customer service is so poor and they won't even refund it even though they have insurance for things like this.

I didn't get any notifications from the delivery company and I had no idea to be in when it came because of that.

Zaplatili za najlacnejšie poštovné na moju položku, čo znamenalo, že niečo v hodnote 100 libier bolo práve ponechané pred mojimi vchodovými dverami a nie na bezpečnom mieste alebo u suseda a potom sa to stratilo (pravdepodobne ukradnuté) a je to už takmer mesiac, čo sa to stalo a ich zákaznícky servis je taký slabý a ani to nevrátia, aj keď majú poistenie na takéto veci.

Od doručovacej spoločnosti som nedostal žiadne upozornenia a netušil som, že mám byť, keď to kvôli tomu príde.

Order has been stuck in customs for 20 days due to a mistake on vortex’s end, they will not provide any estimates or issue a refund. Will be claiming a chargeback with card provider once 30 days passes.
